Appetizers
One menu selection served to all.
- Quesadillas - cheese or chicken, with green chile and onions - $ 10.50 each.
- Tacos - two, beef or chicken, with chips and salsa - $ 10.50 each.
- Grilled vegetable antipasto salad, with salami, new potatoes, grilled asparagus, parmesan cheese and herb vinaigrette - $ 15.00 each.
- Grilled chicken salad - $ 12.50 each.
- Chips & Salsa - $ 5.00 each.
Breakfast
One menu selection served to all.
- Eggs Benedict - Served with asparagus and a caper hollandaise sauce and fresh fruit.
- Pecan or Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes - Three, served with sausage or bacon, maple syrup and fresh fruit.
- Breakfast Burrito - Scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, cheese, onions, wrapped in a flour tortilla and smothered with red or green chile.
- Steve's Big Breakfast - Two eggs ( your way) with papitas, bacon or sausage and toast.
- Omelets - Ham and cheese or asparagus and mushrooms with cheese.
- Served with your choice of beverage.
Lunch
One menu selection served to all.
- Rueben Sandwich - Pastrami served on rye or wheat bread, sauerkraut, chedder cheese and our special sauce with pickle spear and potato salad. $ 15.00 each.
- Hamburger - Cooked to order, with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. Served with french fries. $ 10.50 each. Add 1.50 for cheese, green chile or bacon.
- Chefs Salad - Ham, turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, hard boiled egg and tomato. Served on a bed of bed of lettuce. $ 12.50 each.
- Served with your choice of beverage.
Dinner
One menu selection served to all.
- Baked Salmon - Stuffed with spinach. Served with sauteed zucchini and mushrooms in a white wine sauce, green salad and wild rice. Dessert is included. $ 35.00 each.
- New York Steak - Grilled to order, served with baked potato and green salad. Dessert is included. $ 35.00 each.
- Chicken in a Mustard Sauce - Served with asparagus or peas, green salad and sliced bread. Dessert is included. $ 25.00 each.
- Enchiladas - Two stacked beef or chicken with green or red chile, cheese, onions and refried beans. $ 25.00 each.
